| Payment Instructions Please complete your payment via e-transfer: Email: ottawatreasurer@adventistontario.org When sending your e-transfer, please include “Apple Creek“ and the participant’s full name in the memo/message section so we can properly track your payment. | Under 18? Consent Form is needed All participants under the age of 18 must submit a completed Parent/Guardian Consent Form before attending the weekend. All minors aged 16 and under must travel with their guardians and parent for the duration of the weekend. Deadline: July 27th, 2026 | Transportation Please remember that transportation is not provided. Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from Toronto area.
